A couple of weeks ago (Jan. 3rd), Carlos and I went to the Cardinals first playoff game against the Falcons. I've said on a previous post that I am not a football fan and I'm still not, but seeing a game in person is a whole lot better than watching it on t.v. I was pretty amazed at the Flag being carried out to the field and how big it was. It went from goal line to goal line and side line to side line. I got goose bumps when they sang the National Anthem and waved the flag.
(Not my picture)
During the game the crowd was so loud that a couple of times the other team couldn't hear their plays and they got a penalty for false start. I am proud to say that I was one of those who where cheering and waving our white Cardinals towel in the air.
I did learn a few things about football that day for example now I know what the D and a picture of a fence is... It took me til the 4th quarter to figure that out but eventually I got it. Defense! Anyways, I am glad I got to go with my hubby and share that moment with him even if I am still not a football fan like I said before but I am a fan of my husband and I will support him even in football.
Good Luck Cardinals!
